Dr Morris is a Neuropsychologist who has been providing mental health and neurodiversity support for over two decades. He is a specialist in training adults in mindtraining techniques so they can reach their goals. In particular, he has significant experience of helping people to manage and overcome; anxiety, bereavement, compassion dysregulation, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, procrastination and stress. He also has extensive experience of applying mind training to help neurodiverse adults (ADHD and ASD) navigate educational and workplace environments. Mindtraining for Life is a Canterbury based organisation operating in-person across, Kent, Essex and London. We also provide on-line support to clients living locally, nationally and internationally.
Mindtraining is one of the most progressive approaches to developing happiness, wellbeing, and success.
