Mindtraining for Mental Health, ADHD, ASD

Face-to-face mindtraining appointments are available in Central London, Essex (Epping, Loughton and Chigwell) and Kent (Canterbury and Whitstable), with other locations possible by agreement. Mindtraining can also be delivered online or at your place of work or study. For details of current availability and fees, make an initial inquiry through the contact form.

Appointments normally last 55 minutes, clients are encouraged to develop a ‘goal-oriented’ approach where mindtraining techniques are used to address specific issues, behaviours or goals. The most frequent work we undertake is based around changing life trajectories and increasing happiness, wellbeing and success, for example see from Surviving to Thriving.

Many clients who seek our support have been diagnosed with mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression or stress or developmental conditions like ADHD, ADD or ASD. Mindtraining does not directly treat diagnosed health conditions but rather enables people to reach their goals despite obstacles.
